Terms and Conditions


Please allow for a 2 weeks turn around for undecorated garments.

From time to time suppliers are out of stock . We will advise you asap if that is the case.

For decorated garments time frame is approx. 3 weeks form order.

After order is placed, no sizes or colours can be changed.

All orders must be fully paid before we can order and decorate your garments.

Every Effort is made by Gold Coast Uniforms to get your order to your door step as fast as possible.

We will liaise with you, should we encounter a challenge.

Once your order leaves Gold Coast Uniforms, we will inform you via email or text that it has left our premises.

We will send you a tracking number so you know where your order is at.

Please do let us know when you have received your order.

Fastway usually takes one to two days and a bit longer in remote areas.

Australia Post 2 to 3 business days.



We hope you like the garments you have purchased from Gold Coast Uniforms.

We check all our garments before they leave our premises, so we know we are supplying you the product you have ordered in the size and colours you have chosen.

In case of a size, or colour miss order, we will make every effort to help you out. Please choose carefully as returns are challenging.

Not every brand can be returned.

All returned goods must be unworn and in original packaging and swing tags in original conditions. Once we get the garments back we will inspect them and advise if they can be exchanged or refunded.

Decorated garments cannot be returned.

A $27.50 Restocking fee applies per brand, and all freight is non-refundable.

Customer must obtain a return number from Gold Coast Uniforms within 3 days of receiving their order.



5 or more items attracts a discount of 5% 

20 or more items attracts a discount of 10%
